With a strong focus on sustainability and locally sourced ingredients, this Japanese-infused seafood menu is reason enough to check in for a stay. The 'Off The Bone' grilled pompano is a fan favourite, as is the slow-roast pork belly – plus it’s all served up alongside a menu of creative ocean-inspired cocktails which follow a strict zero-waste concept. We’ll cheers to that.
Keeping with the 'never leave your hotel’ life, over at the Beach Bar, you can expect designer drinks and gourmet grazing platters combined with epic ocean views and laidback tunes. Beers, wine and cocktails flow freely and are served poolside for those laidback days in paradise.
