The iconic Merah Putih is back and better than ever!

Having been closed for the last 2.5 years, legendary founder Jasper Manifold has reopened Merah Putih's doors – and we couldn’t be more excited. Named after the colours of the Indonesian flag, Merah Putih chose to reopen on Indonesia's Independence Day. Celebrating the archipelago's finest cuisine, culture, craftsmanship and people, it’s safe to say that the news spread far and wide.

A firm favourite since its opening in 2013, Merah Putih is arguably the most architecturally stunning restaurant in Bali (and let’s be honest, their unique take on Indonesian food is hard to beat). Classic Indonesian staples and innovative meals are served up to luxe, gourmet standards in a breathtaking setting featuring full-length glass walls, cathedral-style vaulted ceilings and sky-high palm trees. And, the best part? Everything is eco-sustainable.

So, what are you waiting for? We’d recommend booking ahead as they're deservedly popular and you won’t want to miss out.
