Having been closed for the last 2.5 years, legendary founder Jasper Manifold has reopened Merah Putih's doors – and we couldn’t be more excited. Named after the colours of the Indonesian flag, Merah Putih chose to reopen on Indonesia's Independence Day. A firm favourite since its opening in 2013, Merah Putih is arguably the most architecturally stunning restaurant in Bali (and let’s be honest, their unique take on Indonesian food is hard to beat).
